Today David Wright, the 5th generation of his family to run the mill is as passionate about the business as his ancestors and continues to oversee the development of the mill and its’ dedicated workforce.
The mill supplies a complete range of flours and baking mixes to suit every type of business from the largest industrial bread producers and commercial catering companies, to craft bakers and independent restaurants, through to multiple supermarkets and fine food shops in a range of sizes from 28 tonne loads to 500g retail bags.
